Radiation Therapy- Before, During and After

I had radiation on my right breast 10 years ago. It has been, up until the point, almost dead feeling. Meaning that I feel when it is touched but not really. This past week I have experienced pain in the nipple area and in the lower breast. I have called my radiation oncologist and was referred back to my ob/gyn and will probably have a mammogram. I was just wondering if anyone else this far out of treatment, has experienced anything like this. Thanks!
