Aromasin - any one experiencing upper leg joint pain

On Exemstane with Zoladex fo almost 3 months, have had backache, joint pain etc. recently developed one side upper leg pain(outside, thigh joint ) only feel in certain position, It was there, not too bad but it just there that I can feel it, and seems like some days are better (dont feel at all) and some days are worse (difficult to get up from couch). sometimes come with numbness / weakness in lower leg and foot as well.

had a chat with doc he does not seem to be concerned at all.

anybody had similar thing? or should I be concerned?
