Negative tests despite symptoms

Hi all. I am so worried about a missed diagnosis. I’ve got several symptoms of cancer including a dimple, a sore sensitive itchy nipple, itchy breast skin, a tiny bit of peeling, a prominent blue vein right to the Nipple, and pain. All of these symptoms are in the right breast only. The dent/dimple has been there for years although it seems bigger. I always thought it was my bra, but I read that’s not possible. Despite all of the symptoms all of my tests are negative so far. I’ve had a 3D mammogram and three ultrasounds (one I’m waiting on now). the mammogram and two ultrasounds were negative. They did find a simple cyst and they send I have fibroglandular tissue.

I’m 32 so the mammogram might not be the greatest. But despite all of these tests I am so nervous! Like there is so much going on for nothing to be going on. I just don’t know what to do. I’ve asked for an mri, but insurance will not cover it and the doctor does not think it’s necessary. I’ve asked if it could be a yeast infection and she said no it would have more obvious signs in the way the skin looks. What do you do when you get to this point? Like I could probably ignore it except for the itching and pain that’s are daily. It always brings my mind back to it. This has been going on for 5 months.

I went in again just recently and they did another ultrasound for a lumpy part of my breast (they are so lumpy I can’t tel what’s what). I’m waiting on those results. I just don’t want to miss something.
