Has anyone had a complete response but still end up having a reoccurrence? My doctors seem super optimistic but of course I still worry.

It happens but is uncommon. One study observed recurrence in 7.1% of study participants. That same study determined post pCR predictors of recurrence to be HER2 positive breast cancers, pre-chemo lymph node involvement, and tumor size.
