Question reg. biopsies & FNA

So I had three biopsies and one FNA on 12/5. Before that I had zero pain. A few days after now I have this pain under my arm, where the FNA was done. It hurts when I lift my arm or when I grab something heavy with that arm. I'm assuming it is normal but I find annoying that I didn't have pain until those procedures were done. Also, I was thinking that it is possible for cancer cells to leak out from the holes were the needles went in for the biopsies and FNA, don't you think?
