Binding resources?

I’m hoping someone can help since I’m in an area with little support. It’s not actually me that needs binding, it’s my teenage daughter, which is why I started another thread. She is gay and possibly transgender and I am trying to support her but also worried about her causing damage to her breast tissue because she hasn’t worked through it herself. How do you even find friendly docs
