Anastrozole and hair loss

Hi- I started Anastrozole about 8 months ago and my hair (which is fine and thin to begin with) has thinned considerably. I hate to sound vain and I’m grateful that my recovery is going well, but this side effect distresses me most. Any suggestions

stanford, I started taking biotin alternating with hair, skin,and nails vitamin once chemo ended and continue to for so. I've been on anastroxole 18 months and so far so good. You could talk to your hairstylist for any shampoo suggestions. I use nioxin products maybe twice a week but if you are looking for paraben free don't go that route. You are not vain. Ask to have thyroid checked if you haven't lately. Good luck!
