Pagets after Mastectomy

I had a nipple sparing mastectomy for DCIS 7 years ago. I was very happy with my reconstruction and felt out of the woods. In August I notice my nipple looked inflamed. Long story short it was Pagets. I just had my nipple removed and now they are suggesting radiation to chest wall and remaining breast tissue. Anyone else out there?
