Called in for more testing...

I am 42 years old and have no family history of breast cancer. I went for my first mammogram and was called back for a second mammogram and ultrasound. I didn't and don't feel a lump. It was just "time" according to my doctor to have a mammogram. So I guess I have to admit I have never been good at doing self-breast exams but my breasts seem fine. The only thing I have is a sharp pain in my nipple (but I run up to 30 miles a week so nipple probs are common) and pain in my back behind the same breast. My question is, "Is it normal to get called back for a second breast exam and ultrasound? When I asked the lady from the breast center who scheduled me she told me not to be worried!?!

Also my results on mychart did not say anything about a lump or finding. Just "need additional imaging".

I really appreciate any thoughts. I just don't have anyone else to talk to because I don't want to tell my family and freak everyone out!
