25 and completely terrified!

Hey, I’m 25 years old and I can honestly say I freak out over the smallest changes in my body. I try my best to stay on top of my health at all times. A few months ago I had severe breast pain in my left breast. Went to the doctor and had multiple exams and was told it was due to hormones. This seemed to be true because it was only during my period that it would get super sore. I’m currently a few days late for my period, no chance I’m pregnant, and my left boob is super sore. Today I notice small red areas on my boob. They were lifted or scaly. they seemed to come from the heat from my heating pad I’ve had on it all day. I plan to get it looked at tomorrow. Has anyone else dealt with this? What was your outcome?

You say you think it is from the heating pad. Sounds like a skin issue to me

I agree. You probably need to make an appointment with a dermatologist if it persists for several days.
