SGAP breast killing after 4 years

I had a SGAP unilateral reconstruction four years ago. It was successful after the bleeding was controlled from the surgery. The only issue I’ve had until now is a hard round lump of scar tissue that remains. Over the last couple weeks, the SGAP breast has started to hurt, and now the whole breast just burns. Is it possible for the reconstruction to fail after 4 years? Anyone else have issues with a reconstructed breast that just burns

Thanks a lot for asking, I really appreciate it. The burning pain turned out to be a hiatal hernia and stricture/obstruction in my esophagus. Totally overhauling my diet and had a procedure to break up the obstruction. Glad the cause was found!
