Did any of yall have masectemoies? What type of reconstruction did you do? Have you had any kids yet and plan to?

We had plans for me to do a 5-flap DIEP surgery, but now post-masectomy my surgeon is backtracking given my age (and a number of other factors). She says it'll be easier after having kids at least. I'm curious what other people's experience is. What surgeries did you choose?
