Trigger thumb and SORE fingers!

I was switched from Tamoxifen to Letrozole a couple of months ago and over the past couple of weeks, my fingers and thumbs have become so painful. My thumb snaps and locks. My Onco told me to take three weeks off to see if my symptoms improve.

Has anyone had the joint pain go away once stopping an AI?
