Anyone else with ER-/PR+?

I’m pretty newly diagnosed and I’m curious if anyone else had PR positivity with a low percentage. Mine is 3%.
My lumpectomy is scheduled for next week and I’m super curious about the types of treatment that will come after.
ER-/PR+ seems to be somewhat controversial so wondering if I’ll actually be triple negative after retest.
Anyone have experience with this?
