Lumpy breasts after fat transfer?

Third and final revision surgery completed a month ago. Fat transfer (lipo) from thighs to the breasts, but Very small amount. However, this go round, my breasts are very lumpy. Of course it caused me to panic, so BS did an ultrasound. Said all was well and that my body would just absorb the lumps eventually. Anyone had this happen to them? The fear and the struggle is real!
