Fatigue?

I have had "peace" for quite sometime, listening to my gut found my first 3 tumors….when they said I was NED I didn't feel like it in my gut. 7 months later, a 4 tumor was found. But when that one was removed, I felt good. I haven't stressed much since.
But now, I have noticed I am very tired again. At least the last month or two and I'm beginning to feel like something is "off". Life has been stressful, so may be that.
Has anyone with a recurrence just seen your doctor because of fatigue and been listened to? Is this alone reason to be seen sooner than later? And if so…what do they even do?
I have no insurance until January 1st, with the possibility of coverage sooner but not counting on it. I called last week and set up all the appointments I will be due for come January plus the ones I missed since I saw my doctor last in June.
Thoughts?

What did your reports say about you being NED? What does the CT/PET Scan report suggest?
Fatigue can have more reasons than one. Get an appoointment with your Oncologist and figure out the reason behind your fatigue. Stop stressing and wait for the report. Fatigue have other reasons such as certain Vitamin deficiencies also lead to fatigue and cancer/tumor is not the only reason for it.
Wishing you good luck and sharing a link with you which might help you to identify and hopefully rule out the fatigue related to cancer https://www.voiceofcancerpatients.com/all-cancers/side-effect/fatigue or in case you need to know how to get over this fatigue https://www.cancer.net/blog/2017-01/8-ways-cope-with-cancer-related-fatigue.

What about B12 shots? I was very fatigued and after I got B12 shots a few times, I feel energetic.
Wishing you peace.

godisone - My MRI in May was clear. I technically have been NED since the end of radiation July 2018. I'm due for a mammo/ultrasound in Dec but have pushed it to Jan 7 due to no insurance at the moment. Thanks for the link….fatigue and depression is real with cancer for sure.
wallan - I have been wondering about it being like that as well. I was dx with hyperparathyroid disease just after my first cancer dx. Had surgery to have the benign tumor removed and have felt great since. I plan on getting a full blood work up again including PTH/Vit D/Iron/Calcium levels to make sure it is not back.
I'm ultimately wondering if anyone had a recurrence that started with just fatigue. I don't have a lump I can feel…nothing else major. Other than of course I kinked my back this weekend and can't seem to get it back under control. I had herniated disks about 10 years ago but got them under control and have had very little issue since…until now. So of course the whole "bone pain" is on the mind.
I have an OBGYN appointment, abdominal ultrasound, Onco f/u, lab work, and an ultrasound/mammogram all scheduled for January 7th. Just looking to see if any of this sounds familiar I guess.
Thanks ladies.
