Has anyone with LD flap over implant had the implant removed??

Hello,

I had bilateral MX with LD flap and implants back in 2009. I am now looking at getting the implants removed due to increasing discomfort. Is there anyone here who has had their implants removed but kept their LD flaps? I am trying to get a realistic idea of what this may look like. The PS I went to for a consult was very vague, and didn't have any photos to share of this procedure.
