Diagnosing IBC

I have been treated with breast cancer and told I am cured. However, I have been having a problem with my right breast. (had a lumpectomy in Jan 2018). The breast is somewhat red and itchy and I have the orange peel looking skin. I had a mammo and ultrasound neither of which showed anything. Now the oncology NP wants me to have a biopsy of the skin. Am I over reacting? Don't know whether to do this or not. I know IBC can occur after breast cancer treatment and I am sort of worried about this. Has anyone else had symptoms like this? Thanks.

Ask your oncologist if it could be from the radiation.
