Rib pain after Reconstruction

After reconstruction where liposuction on the stomach was done to transfer fat to breast areas, has anyone had the pain move up to the ribs causing swelling and pain

    No swelling but def pain in the rib area. Wasn’t sure if it was rads or recon. PT did help, as well as massage. Hope you find relief.

    Thanks for the response. It has been almost 2 weeks since reconstruction surgery and lipo and I have been swollen and bruised more on my left side but today the lower rib has like a knot with pain.

    I remember the rib pain. I actually accused my PS of pounding on my ribs during reconstruction. Then I asked if he stapled the implants to the rib bones. Or was he leaning on my ribs while he worked? He laughed. The pain eventually faded.
