    This is a good article and expresses the concerns of providers. When I had an active practice I often resolved the pre-auth denial by asking for the reps name and then stating that I was noting in the chart that they are now the treating physician. Amazing how I would get those auths approved!! But it’s such BS and pts shouldn’t have delays in treatment bc of insurance co decisions.
