Arimidex, other AIs and Hypertension - Long Time Users?

Hi all, my blood pressure has been pretty well controlled for 2 years with Losartan. Past few weeks at various doctors offices my BP readings have been as high as 186/110 which is higher than it ever was before medication. My MO prescribed Norvasc temporarily at my last appt til I can see my primary (going to cardio instead, but I digress).

My last echocardiogram was 8/7/2019 and was normal, no change from previous.

My question is this - I read that increased blood pressure could be a side effect of aromatase inhibitors. Has anyone actually experienced this? An increase in blood pressure after a long-ish period of time on AIs? And if so, did you switch to Tamoxifen or something else?
