I have been having pain in my left breast in one spot. The pain gets worse during pms then goes back to once in awhile the rest of the month. This has been happening for like 6 months now. I've been to the breast center twice. They did a mammogram and 2 ultrasounds on separate occasions. They cant find anything on imaging and told me it's likely fibrocystic breast changes as my breasts are very lumpy. I'm getting concerned because the pain is still going on and it's only in one breast in one specific spot. If I push in one certain spot its tender but pushing on the rest of my breast causes no discomfort. Has anyone else had this type of issue?

I do have similar pain issues, but they are able to see my Fibroadenoma. I’ve seen a few women on here who have them also that weren’t seen with anything other than an MRI. Have you ever had those or have they spoken of that being a possibility?

I have a pacemaker above my left breast so MRI is out of the question. I'm not feeling any specific lumps and neither do the doctors.

I have dense breasts and fibrocystic breasts. I have pain with my breasts my whole life. It has mostly been cyclical. I had no idea other "normal" women did not have the same troubles. Keep an eye on them though and your monthly SBE as well as yearly checks. I am bumpy, so it is sometimes hard to know what is me and what is not.

I too had pain in my dense & fibrocystic breasts for my whole, entire life. Age 15 through age 70. It got a little better when I quit drinking coffee at 40, but never really stopped until I finally had a BMX.
