Repetition help? To control anxiety and depression?

I am in remission but cant stop worrying.

Has anyone repeatedly said " I dont have breast cancer over and over?

Did it help? I am thinking about trying that but not sure if it would help or hurt.


I am also thinking of doing stress tolerance therapy where you think about your worst case ( in this case breast cancer stage 1b They say you do that 20 minutes a day and it stops thecm
