Getting back on Letrozole

I have a question. I am six years out from stage 2B Lobular carcinoma with 3 lymph nodes involved. I stopped taking letrozole after 4 and a half years due to side effects one year ago which my oncologist is aware of. I often second guess my decision and am thinking of going back on it for peace of mind even though it made me very tired with bone pain
Has anyone home back on it after being off for a long time?
