Feeling bummed

Almost 2 years post surgery. I thought cancer was a club I didn't want to join. Well, apparently, now I'm a platinum member as I get lymphedema, too, welcome to me to this club . GRRRR. It's not too severe, but still. My arm feels like a fish from a county fair in one of those bags where they pump in air....all bloated, etc. *sigh*.

Thanks. I will check out the link! I have a Lymph. drainage massage therapist & PT. Waiting to see what else. Man, it was brutal. Inflamed, hot, and "heavy".
