Chemo rash

Just started getting a rash on my face after the 4th taxol treatment. Has anyone had any luck with specific products to calm skin? My skin is red and dry with a few acne like bumps on my nose and cheeks. Using biafine at a friends suggestion which is working ok... avene has a line for redness/rosacea as do a few others. Thought I’d post to see what the experts might recommend! Thanks fo the input
