Mammo & u/S done = dilated ducts = referral to surgeon

Noticed left breast started bleeding end of August....middle of September I got antibiotics...and of course that didn’t help....Today I had my mammogram which followed and ultrasound by the radiologist and she said I have dilated ducts results will be faxed to my dr she said a referral to the breast surgeon is being sent!
What should I expect??
