New IBC Symptom?

I posted earlier this week that I had a small red spot on my left breast that had been there about a week. After several days of steroid cream, it has almost completely faded. This morning, my breast near my armpit started itching. Could the rash fade and then itching start as symptoms? I read the itching is a rare symptom of a rare cancer, but I’m so scared
