Please, someone help me understand - I'm so confused

This has been quite the ride. Back in October of last year I started to lose weight and ended up going to have an endoscopy. I had a biopsy, which came back that I had adenocarcinoma, which tested as Stage IV de novo breast cancer in my stomach. They wanted to do another biopsy, so we did, and they found the cancer cells in two parts of my stomach. Since then I have had a PET/CT, which showed normal uptake in my stomach, but this past Friday I had a CT scan of my neck, chest, abdomen, and pelvis. Here are the last words of the scan results. No CT evidence of metastatic disease. I'm thoroughly confused. I know biopsies don't lie, and I had a second opinion as well, where they also said I have metastatic breast cancer. All imaging, mammogram, ultrasound, breast MRI show nothing. My tumor markers are quite high and my bloodwork is a mess. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I have an appointment with my doctor in a few weeks, and I'm sure he'll explain to me how this can be. I've been on Ibrance and Letrezole since June, with a short break on the Ibrance because of low neutrophils. I feel I should be studied, LOL. I have got to be an anomaly. Did we just catch the spread to my stomach before it has spread anywhere else? Why don't they see it on a CT scan? I just want to know I'm not the only one this has happened to.
