Pain in Implant Area 16 years after reconstruction

Hi, I haven't been on this site in years! Originally diagnosed in 2002 with breast cancer reconstruction (lat-flap reconstruction).

It's been 16 years now, and I am having a weird pain in my chest area on the right side - it feels like a muscular pain but it has not gone away and have had it for about 2 weeks now. I have not strained my chest area nor have I been doing any exercises for the chest area. Scheduled an appt. for a check-up next week.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Just wondering if it could be a symptom of the implant being out of place, etc.
