Carpal Tunnel Syndrome both hands after 5 weeks on Aromasin

I've had Tamoxifen, Femara and now trying Aromasin to see if my severe joint and muscle pain and stiffness, particularly in my feet and ankles, improves. I have arthritis in most joints but advanced in feet and ankles, my feet have been SO stiff and painful and walking is difficult. Anyway 3 weeks on Aromasin (not 5, sorry can’t edit heading)and my feet are soo much better! Hooray!

But now I have developed carpal tunnel in both hands, that wakes me with severe pain. I'm wearing splints at night which certainly help, and have needed to wear on my right wrist during the day at times. Has anyone else experienced this and what have you done about it? Changed to another hormonal, had surgery or just treated conservatively? I actually want to stay on Aromasin because I can finally walk with minimal pain and stiffness and I'm stage 4, so no way am I not taking an anti-hormonal.
