Possibly liver mets? Scans 4 months apart! HELP

I had kidney infarcts in May 2019 ( caused by Arimidex- rare but serious side effect)

This past Monday I was in ER while visiting my son in NC for diverticulitis

The CT they took has two Liver hemangiomas that are small but not there in the May CT 4 months ago?

Any of you have experience with this? ER DR said probably benign Hemangioma but could also be liver meta see my oncologist and recommend an MRI.

Waiting on Onco to advise, office just received the ER report from NC to my Virginia Onco
