Hello there! I'm new and am currently awaiting a second opinion for exchange of my 410 Highly Cohesive Silicone implants. I've had recalled expanders then implants since 2017 and the last year have had swelling in one breast, chills and painful areas with the inability to wear a bra without discomfort. I have had 3 ultrasounds all show fluid collection and unfortunately the last ultrasound showed only small areas all of which were too close to the implant for aspiration. I have just decided to do the exchange surgery and hopefully get some pathology on the fluid/capsule at that time. Anyone else symptomatic with these implants?
