Small pink area has me terrified

Hi all, I am new here and posting because I am going out of my mind with worry. I'm on vacation and this is ruining it. I have a small (1×2 inch) oval pink patch on my right breast. It isn't itchy or bumpy or warm. Skin looks and feels exactly as the rest of the breast. I am nursing my 20 month old and have had plugged ducts in past and this is not what they felt or looked like. It has stayed the same for 2 days now. I'm on antibiotics day 2 for strep so if this had anything to do with mastitis (doubtful), it should go away. I am just sitting here waiting for it to turn bright red and hard. I know that right now it doesn't sound like IBC but I'm terrified that this is an early sign. I'm 33 with no family history of breast cancer.

Sorry, just need to vent. I also have terrible health anxiety and I'm in the process of finding help for that.

    Hi Penguinice.

There are many chances that occur in a female breast during pregnancy ans well as breast feeling it is not necessary to be related to breast cancer. it can be anything from a plugged duct, constricted blood vessel, some allergy (new place) or an insect bite; the possibilities are unlimited. so, please do not ruin your holidays just be relaxed about it. complete your antibiotics course as suggested by the doctor and you should be good to go. Once you are back in the town then you can visit your doctor and discuss about the probable cause and cure for the condition

Till then enjoy your holidays and stop worrying for a while.

P.S I have no idea about this underline with every word.
