Can anastrozole cause blood vessels to break on lips

I feel silly asking this but here goes. I'm wondering if anastrozole can cause blood vessels to break?

I have broken blood vessels on my bottom lip. Three doctors have looked at the lip (GP, Oncologist, Dentist). None suspect cancer but my dentist did said they are probably tiny broken blood vessels. I've had them for at least six months, have used several OTC medicated lip balms that don't help. I recently bought an upper mouth guard that I wear at night, thinking maybe I bite my lower lip in my sleep. The blood vessels don't go away or change in appearance.

Anyone else experience this?

Could it be from the cancer medicine?
