Exemestane and loss of muscle tone

I have been on Exemestane since I had my lumpectomy 4 and a half years ago. I haven’t had side effects however I have noticed my arms are starting to look crepey and I use weight training machines at gym every other day.
Is the drug contributing to the loss of muscle tone
