Tamoxifen vs. Zoladex and Femara

Hi, so I'm a 33 year old premenopausal female and I've been on Tamoxifen for a few months now with little side effects. Because of my lynch syndrome diagnosis my doctor is worried about the increased chance of edometrial cancers that Tamoxifen has on top of my already increased risk because of lynch syndrome gene. I guess the easiest solution would be a total hysterectomy but I really want to hold on to as much of my body as I can.. I know it sounds crazy but I've already been stripped of my womanhood and I dont want to do anything else to my body if I dont have to. I guess I'm worried about the side effects with me being so young. I mean no young woman should have to put her body through so many unnatural changes... I'm sure many of you understand. The other option is to suppress my ovaries and switch to Zoladex and Femara which all has its own side effects. I feel stuck because on one hand I could stay on Tamoxifen which my body has been taking pretty well but worry about the extra increased risk of edometrial cancer on top of worrying about recurrence already. On the other hand I could suppress my ovaries and throw my body into menopause on top of switching medication to Zoladex and Femara and worry about a whole bunch of new side effects like bone and muscle pain and bone weakness or osteoporosis... Which who wants to be a young woman and have to worry about weakening bones and menopause... I feel lile both options suck in thier own way... I guess I'm just looking for some outside opinions from anyone that may be going through similar issues.. Any advice will help...
