Hello all,

does anyone know what is the better scan for a rib spot? I had a X-ray bone scan and then CT scan 2 months ago to look at a “spot” on my rib. X-ray and bone showed Possible Mets CT scan showed all Clear. Going for round 2 of those this week very scarred can’t stop thinking of what if’s and what can be done.

DH's mets were found on regular x-ray and on ct scan. He is riddled with them, so maybe a small spot is harder to see; also ribs can bruise easily so may be repair work on the bone. I hope someone more knowledgeable posts.
