Help me move fluid from leg/ thigh

Hi Ladies

I seem to have gotten a bruise on the outide of my thigh. I was wearing thigh high compression stockings last night.

Guess what ? Bruise is very ' puffy' / swollen and there is an 'INDENT' in my leg where the stokcing was! ( This is 12 hrs old .How can I move some of that fluid out ?Getting concerned . TY for any replies here or by PM
