Looking at IBTR, radiation helped me between 10% and 12.5% and chance of ipsilateral recurrence in next 10 years is 3.9% or 5.4% depending on taking tamoxifen

Looking at the Dutch model, the chance of locoregional recurrence is 3.82% or 8.76% depending on taking tamoxifen

Of course, this isn't chance of metastasis, but just local recurrence
