Age 31. Premenopausal treatment, pausing for pregnancy, etc.

Does anyone else feel like long-term side effects of all of these treatments are just brushed under the rug? Things are only discussed if I have specific questions, and I'd like to go into my appointments prepared as I move onto this next stage of treatment. First, I was diagnosed in April with Stage IB (or IIA..Heard both), Grade 3 IDC. Tumor was 3cm. Because of size, grade, and my age, I did AC and Taxol treatments. I'm finishing up in just a few weeks and will start on Aromatase Inhibitors. I am worried about the side effects and have already hated some of the zoladex side effects. Any thoughts on AIs versus Tamoxifen? I'm told AI is better in my case and that I'll be on it for 10 years.

Second question: I was at an appointment to remove my IUD when the lump was found. We were planning on having one more baby. Has anyone paused medication to get pregnant? I am told that we can think about pausing it in 2-3 years to try for a baby. I just keep thinking that if I were to have a recurrence later, I would feel so terrible that I had paused treatment.. Because I already have 2 kiddos that need a healthy mom. Any thoughts on pausing treatment? Anyone do it successfully?

I would love to hear thoughts on all things about pre-menopausal treatment, as I'm moving into that phase soon and want to be prepared when I talk to my doc.

Also, has anyone played around on "UK predict" to see chances of recurrence?
