Infection at surgery incision?

I had my direct reconstruction Aug. 12. Very pleased with the results. However, one of my breasts has always seemed to be "the problem child" so far. 2 weeks post OP, they thought it looked fine (I thought already it looked infected). At 4 weeks post OP, yesterday, she noticed the darker little scabbing on the left with redness. It has never gotten worse than what she has seen so far (my Dr.s PA) but she now wants me to put vaseline on it during the day and neosporin during the day and call her in a week if it does not get better. I have so much to be thankful for but am freaking out about this. I am wondering why I am not receiving more oral antibiotics. I am taking a lot of pictures just in case for her to see the progression. Thanks. I worked so hard for this recovery♡ I had no visitors the first 3 weeks to keep infection away...ughh..
