Question on cc’s and size after double mastectomy

Hello!

I recently had a double mastectomy (mid August). I found out that I now have to have radiation. I currently have my expanders in and have had 3 fillings so far. I will start radiation in early October, so I only have time for about 3 (maybe if I’m very lucky 4) more fills. My first fill was 60cc’s, my last two have been at 90cc’s. I am wondering what size I could compare to when I’m done. I should be around 510-600 cc’s when I’m done. I am 5’8” and weigh 175lbs. I am normally between 160 and 165 lbs but still carrying my weight that I gained from steroids. Prior to my surgery I was a small “b” cup. I was really wanting to get to a full “D” but my PS didn’t think I could get there but thinks I will be happy when done. Does anyone know what 510cc’s would look like on my body type? A full B, maybe C? Thanks in advance!!

ask your radiation oncologist. I had my expanders expanded to 480 cc and had to take 150 cc out for radiation. So before you expand more please ask what your radiation oncologist thinks. I am at MD anderson and fully trust that they knew best. You can then add more CCs after radiation. Best of luck.

and my plastic surgeon told me 480 cc would give me a large B small C and I am similar frame as you. Hope this helped.
