Going to intuitive coach

I strongly believe there's an emotional component to my breast cancer. Second breast cancer that is in addition to genetic component. I wonder if anyone has found it helpful to go to an intuitive coach that uses crystals or spirit guides to get to the root of the problem? This may be too woo woo for some so I'm sorry if I am offending anyone.

I haven’t done this but I think you’re on the right track. What i have done is to tune into my own intuition and by that i mean that as I read and research, I follow up on leads that feel right, just as you have mentioned here. All of us get cancer for different reasons but the common denominator is that we are out of balance in some way and we need to do some things differently to get back into balance. This is NOT to blame the victims, because we are all a product of our environment and our raising and so many factors, but if you search inside yourself you can generally identify those factors, just as you know that you need to balance yourself emotionally.

I also needed to do this and I’ve had to peel back a lot of layers during the six years I’ve been dealing with this. I came from a fairly dysfunctional family and then was married for 23 years to a man who finally decided to let me know that he was gay, so I had a lot of baggage as you can imagine! One thing that really helped was writing letters to the offending parties....one I sent and never regretted it and one I didn’t send, partly because he’d been dead for thirty years and partly because it was so full of vitriol that I wouldn’t have anyway. That one was the most healing. I guess what I’m trying to say is that you really can tune into your own intuition and meditation can help. Louise Hay has a guided meditation on YouTube for free and also a workbook called Love Yourself, Heal Your Life and I highly recommend both. Joe Dispenza has a book called You Are the Placebo, which is very encouraging, but honestly I read a lot of books that helped and I read them as they came to my attention. There are so many good ones out there.
