Abraxane Dosing ideas ??help needed

Hi all,

My mom has ER+ and Low her2- (1+) just started Abraxane 125mg/m^2. The plan was to do 3 weeks in one out, but after the first shot she got low WBC so she got a week to recover then another shot and she suppose to have the next one this week but she has now low RBC and WBC.

It doesn’t look like the weekly dosing works for her and the ONC suggested another break for a week to recover and then a dose reduction to 100mg.

We are just worried that she won’t be able to compete the treatments due to the toxicity or that the dose reduction won’t be enough to fight the disease.

Even when she was doing targeted therapy she had toxicity issues.

I am wondering if there are any similar cases with toxicity and how ppl dealt with it.
