How long did you wear a bra?

I had a BMX with reconstruction (silicone implants over the muscle) in January, 2019. I still wear a bra 24/7....mostly because I feel so vulnerable without one. I wear a sports bra at night and a regular (no wires) bra during the day. When did you stop wearing a bra? I’d like to stop but like I said, I feel very vulnerable and am somewhat afraid of going without one. Thanks!

    I am two years out from pre-pec placement and in a bra 24/7. Especially with pre-pecs, the skin can and will sag with time. I just feel better with one. If I had smaller implants (mine are 600 cc) I might do differently.

    Maybe ask what your doc recommends.

    I wear a bra to work, if my kids have friends over, or if I'm out running errands otherwise I take it off as soon as I can! My PS told me no bra immediately after surgery and just camisoles for the first few months (maybe because it was nipple sparing) he didn't want any pressure on them. I am pretty small though.

    I usually just wear a bralette. It feels the mist comfortable for me.
