oncoplastic lumpectomy experiences

My BS is going to do a lumpectomy and then the plastic surgeon is going to finish the lumpectomy side and do a reduction and lift on the other side. It seems like most people I've seen on here get mastectomies, just wondering if anyone out there had oncoplastic lumpectomy? I'm really concerned that my breasts will be super small after all this, I'm not a skinny woman so I'd like to keep my size proportional to the rest of me. I meet with the plastic surgeon next week, I will talk to him about it and what my options are. Just wondering what some of your experiences have been with this.
