About a month ago I went into the dr for acute pancreatitis. At one of my checkups after treatment my dr discussed a concern based on some of my concerns and things that she could notice by simply examining me with her eyes. We did a full physical and bloodwork as well as an in depth breast examination. I have a swollen node under my armpit on my left side as well as what she thought as a concerning lump (I have fibrocystic breast tissue) Monday I have my diagnostic mammo and us. I have concerns in my cbc that may also be an indicator of an autoimmune or a blood disorder as well. I have extremely high white cells (specifically monocytes and leukocytes) and very low red cells and iron. I am trying to not worry, and also trying to stay off google, but my body has been so strange the last year and I seem to become weaker and weaker every passing week. I'm 32 years old and have small children. Is there anyone else that has any insight pop r similar situations in which could direct me in questions and maybe further tests that i may be able to request. I am not knowledgeable of many things concerning cancer.

My suess is that whatever is going on with your blood work is the most likely cause of the swollen lymph node, but it would be really unusual for breast cancer to cause those blood test results. Most women who are diagnosed with breast cancer have normal or pretty normal bloodwork.
