Hi everyone, I didn’t know where to post this. I’m currently receiving medical treatment but also searching holistic ways to aid in the game plan for total health.

Looks like 4 years ago a study was started in London to find out about the effects of Watercress.

Study ends Jan 2019. No updates or results posted as of yet.

Something to keep an eye on I'm guessing.

It makes sense though, since Watercress is a cruciferous vegetable. This means it has chemicals in it there are similar to those found in the supplement DIM (Diindolylmethane) which has been found to have cancer fighting effects because it modulates the metabolism of estrogen. Basically DIM is like getting all the cruciferous veggies you can eat crammed in a small capsule.
