sagging "extra" skin on elbow + prior swelling/rib issues

A year ago I had my first bout of swelling from carrying something "wrong" and fliud would build up between my armpit and shoulderblade. I've never had issues with my arms except for some weird sensations when that first happened. I had another bout like that 6 months later. My body resolved them... in like 3 months each. I have been wearing a sports bra daily since this spring and don't have as many issues with swelling, no buildup pockets of fluid. However it did seem like this fluid pushed some ribs out of place, ie ribs 2-3, then rib 6, it's uncomfortable and doctors are kind of useless. I've had some swollen nodes since 3 months after my surgery, maybe this whole time.... I had to do some biopsies in Jan and Feb (redo). It's annoying, I have a node in with a clip in it that only got muscle tissue, and when they went to redo it a different node was present, I refused the clip thinking they were just going to do the other one and I hate the idea of clips in the body. Last week was 6 month check up to check on these nodes and they want to do another biopsy on the node they already biopsied..... BUT THAT'S JUST BACK STORY I'm so annoyed at the trouble that missing two nodes has caused

ANYWAY
A few months ago I was leaning on my elbow on the table and noticed the weight of my arm shift around more, it was like my elbow had more skin on it. Then this week while in bed I noticed "extra" skin hanging off my elbow while laying in bed. It is like there is extra wrinkles and sagging, but hard to tell if itis actually fluid. I currently do not have palpable swelling in my armpit, and my arm feels fine/the same. There is some softness above the elbow that migth be a little squishy but it's hard to tell. My right arm (dominant/noncancer) is definitely more toned. I do feel some odd sensations there. I have a referral to PT again but not sure when that will be. Can LE skip my arm and go to my elbow? Does it manifest as sagging skin? Wouldnt' swelling make it tight? Oddly I do feel a slight limit to extending or bending the elbow.

I have had some lymph node soreness this month, especially on hot days.

I got an xray this week because I was having labored breathing (they said it was probably an allergy? but that has never happened to me before.

My rib soreness is bothering me most.... today a seatbelt hurt and my shoulder feels jutted out more. I would like to see a chiropractor but it's not covered by insurance. I thought maybe I have costochondritis but also came across the word "rib dysfunction" on this site a few days ago.

Anyhow - let me know any thoughts on my elbow... (it's not burstitis or tennis elbow)... or if you have had swelling + rib issues. I feel like I have to figure it out all on my own! It's hard to google "sagging extra skin elbow" as it's all anti-aging junk
